Today packaging is governed by severe demands from producers, distributors and customers.
Security concerning quality and unproblematic use in the different steps is a crucial competitive parameter.
We have our own laboratory securing that each packaging is following the present laws, rules and directives.
Among other things the foils are checked with a spectrophotometer, and they are tested for:
● Rest solvents
● Oxygen barriers
● COF (friction)
● Sealing strength / Peel-characteristics
● Bond strength
● Puncture strength
● Primary aromatic amines
In order to follow the present demands for increased food safety our laboratory is regularly controlling and testing the produced foils.
External analyses at accredited laboratories are also made concerning total and specific migration among other things.
